The vendor definitely deserves five stars. The device is in very good condition and works well. It was extremely well packed too. A particular bonus was the inclusion of two music cassettes which was greatly appreciated.
Although the order arrived on time it was let down by Parcel Force. Etsy efficiently notified me of the goods’ arrival whilst I was out, but they were not to be found upon my return home. It transpired that they’d been left with a neighbour, but the Parcel Force driver left no card to advise me of this. I must stress, however, that I don’t blame the vendor or Etsy in any way for this. I may well raise the matter with Parcel Force.
As regards the vendor, I would highly recommend them to friends given their very high standard of service. Thanks very much.
